Service Eligibility

The Ktchn is an exclusive service for current residents of 20 Clyde Place, Glasgow. Registration and ordering require verification of residency.

Orders & Cut-offs

To maintain our standards, we strictly enforce ordering deadlines:

• Tuesday 18:00 for Thursday delivery.
• Friday 18:00 for Sunday delivery.

Late orders cannot be accommodated due to our fresh-prep commitment.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made directly to your flat at 20 Clyde Place. While we strive for precision, delivery windows are estimates. Please ensure someone is available or instructions are provided for chilled storage.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made before the respective deadline. Refunds after the cut-off period are at the discretion of the management.
